I dont know what to say, it merged the videos but i have no original sound and that defeats the purpose of getting the app

I purchased this app a while ago...when I uploaded it off of my phone for 4 months and downloaded it back on. After having downloaded it back, all it does is crash and is full of glitches in which a video is uploaded, but then doesn’t show, only represented by an icon, which upon tapping brings me to an upload screen, and when I try to upload it, nothing happens, and when I attempt to mix that what I have the entire app crashes. When I go back to it, it is in the same state as it was before. I would appreciate it if you fixed these issues...

I just downloaded the app a few days ago. I went ahead and purchased the addition that would allow me to add music. I’ve been able to make one video. Now, every time I click ok Merge Videos, the app closes. This has been happening for 24 hours. I’ve done the basics...rebooted, made sure I did not need to update the app, etc.

Tried to merge and bought pro version but nothing works just said “merging” for like an hours, tried several different lengths but nothing. Want my money back ! Fix your app before charging people :(

Don’t bother with this. The merging doesn’t even work so what’s the point?! What a rip off!!
