With popular multi tab web browsers, we cannot see the lyrics while playing music videos because a video stops when the browser gets back ground, so this web browser has two panes.
You can change the prefix keywords, 'video' and 'lyrics', in your mother language at the settings.
If you have favorite video or lyrics web site, you can add the site name also.
A custom URI is also supported as below, you can use it in your blogs or web pages for simultaneous choice.
karaoke://root?url1=encoded URL of a video&url2=encoded URL of lyrics
（Note： Don't forget URL encodings for the both url parameters. It's easy to find the useful web sites for URL encodings via web search engines.)
The KARAOKE POST web site ( http://karaokesearch.blog.fc2.com/ ) introduces some links and the icons have hyper links using above custom URI form. You can get a video and its lyrics by just clicking at once.
