Not working

I only needed 10 minutes of video transcribed but they only offer 5 mine for the trial period. So I paid $5 for an hour (the lowest time they had) and it’s now been 15 mins and I still have no transcription and am out $5 :(

I paid to get my video translated but it didn't do it right waste of money.

Horrible ... i downloaded the app hoping for it to have at least free transcribe time . Not worth downloading unless you want to buy it
