I gave it one star cuz it says it works on iPads but I would never know cuz it won’t open please help

This app is terrible! I just got it and all it does is crash. So, i tried reloading the app but i just kept getting the same results.
Doesn’t work

Downloads and installs. Doesn’t actually open up when trying to click on the icon. Looks like it wants to open but minimizes back to home screen. No way to get to the app.
