Terrible custom service - app doesn’t even work

I used to like this video editor on my iPad. Purchased the full version. I went to open it and it just goes black. Reinstalled it and same thing. I’ve contacted them several times and gotten no reply except some auto reply. Telling me it’s the weekend and they’ll get back to me. Never did. Contacted them again and still nothing. Well I know what I’ll be doing next month when my annual renewal is up, choosing a new video editing app. One that actually works and has decent customer service. This is ridiculous, don’t waste your time or money. Move on.

Everytime I open the app it takes forever to load and then glitches out of the app

I love this editing app. I’ve used it for almost two years now to edit my YouTube videos. But one thing I’d like is for them to add back all the original music they used to have. Let me explain. Before all these different musics they added in, they only had a small list, which included some great tracks. Sadly, they deleted a lot of these tracks, including my favorite, when they added all the other music. All I’d like for them to do is to add back all the original music. It’s not mandatory, but it’s increase my enjoyment of the app.

After compiling multiple videos, editing, adding voice overs. It crashes every time you hit save. Wasted hours trying to create 1 video and failed to save multiple times.

Be prepared to have all your hours of work disappear right as you are about to save your work. 3 attempts to save and I lost all my progress every single time. Even tried saving after every 10 photos I added. Cannot believe this app is so expensive. It certainly offers a lot but what’s the point if it won’t even save.
