app forces a review before first use

This app could be a very good app. However, I don’t know if it is. So, why am I writing a review? Well, simply because the app forces me to do so before I can utilize this app for the very first time without having to pay $19.99. Since it is unclear if a $19.99 fee will need to be charged for a lifetime license if I cancel out of the pop-up message box in order to use this app for the very first time to do a file conversion, I decided to write this review.

I just paid 2.99 for this app and it doesn’t work. It says its importing the chosen file and then does nothing. What a sham HAVE TO SAY I TRIED AFTER YOU OFFERED. E ACCESS TO CHANGE MY STAR RATING TO 5, BUT WITH THE AD BANNER ON THE BOTTOM OF SCREEN BLOCKING YOUR RADIO BUTTONS IT MAKES IT A POOR DESIGN. Also, where is the converted video to audio file saved to? I can’t use it after it’s converted except within your app. Please explain whyI paid you 2.99 for this?
