Need higher resolution
Please update app. 4K and 1080p is converted to a black screen with sound. I have 8 Plus and iOS 12.1

Firstly, it can’t be used until you pay $4.99. Then when I tried to use it, it crashed every time. Every time! I’m going to ask for a refund from Apple. This app is a rip-off.

It compresses video just fine. No way to contact support for a question like UN COMPRESSING

This had been working nicely, but now it crashes every time it reaches the compressing video screen ( i was trying to down size a 20 mb video). Deleted and reinstalled app, still doesnt work. Please fix!
