For some reason the episode preview volume will not work. The episode I purchased did work on the actual “call,” however. My son loved it but now the volume won’t work on the playback and it keeps failing during the rendering, in efforts to share the recording. Please fix the bugs as this was our first encounter with the app.

We FaceTimed Santa in Christmas Eve and my 6 year old grandson was tickled! He LOVED it and was so excited to talk to Santa! I paid the .99 to personalize it with his name, and it was well worth it! We will definitely do it again next year!

I paid $0.99 for the name upgrade, however, Santa asked my brother his name and never said it. I was still charged $0.99. My brother was still happy with the call, but I would like a refund.
