It doesn’t allow you to listen to what you downloaded if your lock your screen it just stops. This was my go to app to download videos and music and now it’s not working anymore so i’m deleting.

Considering it’s a paid app the app developer contact is not user friendly. My app is redirecting me to a page that I am suppose to open through a pc and even that refuses to open. Help!
