If you want to capture a picture from a video this is a must have tool. Easy to use, good quality images and nice features. Great application.

Limited, extracts only a few seconds

This only extracts a portion of the entire video. I chose a 50+ seconds video, i got about 2 seconds worth of frames, sort of pointless.
Doesn't work.

I select a 7 second video, move the bar where I want it and hit choose. All it gives me is 15 black pictures.
