The only positive benefit from this app was being able to set short-term, mid-term, and long term goals. Beyond that, it's not very user friendly. For starters, it won't let you make an entry unless you write detailed notes about your goal. I like to frequently review my goals but once you click on a goal to view it again, the app forces you to look at a calendar in a way that prevents you from easily navigating back to your home screen. The only settings you can alter is whether or not you want to use a password lock. And, if you complete a goal prematurely, the only way you can delete it off your list is to manually go into the goal and change the End Date. Not very encouraging or helpful.
