I love Via it’s a great choice Nice earning money but add need a little improvement as a driver for lyft and Uber I really enjoy driving with fear up until I had a customer said my car smell like weed in Via took me off the board for a week to be under investigation I don’t think it’s fair for me to be out of work for a week they should’ve took more results then decided after that if I should get off board or not instead of just cutting me off other than that is a great company I’m back again working also customers be having a problem reaching out to the company but that’s not a major problem it could be improved after a while via have awesome prices hopefully it take over

There’s a reason VIA has to pay better. They appeal to cliental looking for CHEAP rides. Expect NO tips or maybe $5-$6 a week. Yeah. That bad. Also, the GPS is an absolute abomination.

Via map is horrible, need to improve alot or they have to connect to google map. Other than that via is ok. Plus they offer ride far away. Last week they send me ride to pick up passenger 30 minutes away which is totally unacceptable. But map is biggest problem for driver.

I some time work 6 hours they promise one price they don’t pay you and on top of that the gps don’t work and they customers cAncel then they blame it on the driver and block you until u go to the office I have another job I can go to they office whenever they feel like I can talk to no one on pay department only true Emil and the live supporter are from out of the country is hard to understand them

The do all as possible to pay you the via blue guarantees. You can complete the hours than they say and never pay the promise. I was working 11 hours nd only pay me 15 dollars hour

They’re making good for passenger but not for drivers because sometimes I am talking with drivers they cannot cancel or stop. The first reason is this service it’s small private bus but Really bus drivers after ending one circuit they have time payable break for 15min. because it is hellish slave labor insolently in the 21st century.By looking at the drivers I feel sorry for them, they don’t like to be drivers at this company, it’s just that the company uses the provisions that at this time it’s uber and the lyft is closed to new drivers. Furthermore they pay $ 20 an hour and the drivers have a rental which, as I understand it, is very expensive, they work to cover this rent for two three days. I think you need to check to raise this question because if the driver is spinning for 8 hours at $ 20 they get $ 160 a day, let's say he will work 6 days a week $ 960 a week minus $ 500 car rental minus $ 20 every day for gasoline and generally they feel like slaves. $960-$500(rent)-$120(gas)=$340 If there are verification services, please do the verification because I am so sorry for them. Most importantly, they make about $ 60 to $ 100 per driver per hour in one hour, this is not fair. thanks
