I don’t no why like this some time full network some time even 2 g all so so many time I try to tell him to VI but problems still not solved why ??????? I am use this sim more then 20 year but when Vi network come I feel network not good !!!!!!!

Internet speed reduced after recharge

Worst app i have raised a complaint against my internet speed through this app no response. Its been 4 days now. The speed went down after i have recharge for the amount of 449/-. I have called up in the complaint number day before yesterday the executive told me it will get resolved in 4 hrs. Now its more than 40 hours. Worst customer service. I will never recommend any of my known people to switch to VI. Unorganised and irresponsible management.

I had a version that worked. I am roaming internationally and it used to work When I logged in I got the OTP and then was asked to update the app. After updating I no longer receive the OTP And to say that the new version was to improve performance- QA team didn’t do a great job for sure
