This is one of the first apps which tell you what to do and exactly how To do it, it’ll ask if you want premium but won’t repeatedly tell you that your are on the so called free version, The workouts help me out a lot being a student who doesn’t have time as he had to go to school its is very efficient and effective

not over exaggerating but this app is absolutely amazing in every aspect there is. professional, beneficial and well organized. i do recommend this for whoever is into getting in shape fast and in the right way with perfect instructions.
