Stopped Syncing Heart Rate

While nothing like my old Fitbit and app, given the affordable price of my watch I felt this app was great. The watch actually tracks my steps more accurately than my old Fitbits ever did. However, even though my watch continues to show my heart rate, heart rate stats have stopped collecting abs showing in the app. Kinda defeats the purpose of a fitness watch when you can’t see your heart rate stats. So don’t bother, invest in a real smart watch and a functioning app made to go with it

Great mostly, but what’s causing the glitches?

Overall the app and watch works well but I have to ask what causes the sleep tracker to stop in the middle of the night occasionally? Same with heart but that can be fixed by rebooting. Not the sleep. Should I reinstall the app or is it the watch?

App stopped working after ios15 and tried to reinstall, and now says I don’t have an account. Junk!

It’s alright, although after a month it changed the time and turned into 15:04! That isn’t normal.

I’ve had a VeryFitPro watch for a while now, I believe a full year, and it hasn’t let me down. I do wish there were more watch face options though. If there is a way to add new ones that’d be awesome!

Hey I got this watch for my graduation and it was amazing but I Suddenly misplaced it and I was looking in the settings and found there was no way to find it and I am very sad about it ??

Time change & now my phone can’t sync with the watch. Waste of money, very disappointing because it was fine until this happened

Routinely deletes all my data

The watch works for day to day step count tracking but the app routinely deletes all of my data after tracking and keeping it for a few months. It has happened to me twice and I haven’t done anything more than sync my watch. Frustrating to not have the data history when I’ve been wearing my watch day and night for 2 years.
