My and my friend are runners and we bought the watches to track our running so we don’t have to constantly look at our phones I’m having no big problems with mine but she stopped using hers due to the fact hers wouldn’t track more than half of her steps but my experience with it was fine

The app is clunky looking and freezes a lot. Doesn’t appear to have the ability to pair more than one device.

The watch is great but the app is awful , I bought the watch a yr ago and only once the app on the phone paired and showed the activity . No matter how many time I try to sun it with the watch it doesn’t record any activity.

My band registered steps but this and other data do not synch or update in the app at all, making this completely useless.

Doesn't track sleep from when I go to sleep. If I get up, it starts counting from that time. The heart rate page doesn't show my fat burning or cardio workouts. Saw that there's a 2.0 version. Going to try that. Why have different apps? Confusing. Make sure you download the latest.

Well it’s had 115hr band veryfit watch for 2 years and it never stopped and suddenly had an arrow on the screen m. I am not sure if it meant that to show that it needs an update but please answer soon
Where’s the customer service?

I bought the device and it worked well until I needed to charge it. The device will not charge. I have attempted to email their customer service twice with no response.
