This is the first time I’ve used the Verizon content transfer app and it worked perfectly! Very impressed and would recommend it to anyone.

Can’t even switch Fitbit Charge 2 from old phone to new phone. It’s been longer then3 hours I first felt like it was something I didn’t do but after numerous attempts; I couldn’t do anything it’s on ur side. Why put new promising apps out when it does Not work! Apple has been very good in past. But since our guru passed away, all that seems to matter is$$$$$&. U can do a ZHELL OF ALOT BETTER. Hope the future apps will be thoroughly researched, working smoothly, able to correct any issues B-4 releasing anything else from now on. VERY DISAPPOINTING
