Crashing

Won’t allow me to transfer my things to my new phone from my old . The old phone keeps crashing which is a 12 pro Max so it must be the app. Please fix this so I can transfer my things !

I had lost many photos and videos when I switched from my Moto G to my iPhone. This app stepped me through it and ten minutes later I was a happy guy. Great app!
Connect to Wi-Fi

I get to the connect to Wi-Fi step on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and the app just cannot identify the internet I’m on. There are no other apps having issues nor is the phone. App is functioning on the phone I’m transferring from.
