This app doesn’t seem to do anything, when my phone rings it just says “potential spam” but doesn’t display a number. I have to go into my call history to see the actual number. Even when I block the number the spam caller can still leave a voicemail

Not only can you not block calls you still get but pushes for your to buy an upgrade. I have seen no benefit to loading this application

Because I travel I have set up my primary line through eSim and this app don’t seem to support customers using eSim. This is a disappointment and why I am not happy with this version. I hope this is resolved soon.

Wish I wasn’t... The App doesn’t validate my iPhone 11 Pro as a VZW device despite all the bars trapping me to your greedy machine. Doesn’t seem to acknowledge customership over a Wifi connection either. You can do better, VZW. Shame.

Even terms and conditions state that protection from robo calling and fraud are part of paid service. What you get for free is essential a filter for numbers from the USA that have had the number reported. However this means when numbers a spoofed and reported they could potentially be blocked and means that internal spam numbers are not blocked unless you block ALL international calls. Since my issue is robo calling either for telemarking or scam calls I think it should be included in exorbitant amount of money exorbitant amount of money collected monthly to have the service.

Really? How serious could Verizon be about robocall protection? It is surprising to me that, what could be a an extremely useful app, doesn’t work with modern eSIM technology, and iPhones that have been out for three years.

They didn’t say it was only for iPhone 10 or higher. Duh. No wonder it doesn’t work. Going back to robokiller.

By joining I think they sold my number to every telemarking company out there. It’s gotten way worse not better. “Please call me telemarking companies” must be in their fine print. I’m officially getting 10+ a day. This is harassment for being naive enough to add their stupid app, even after I deleted it.

The app still sends through all calls. And maybe 1 in 5 are actually labeled as potential spam. Ridiculous.
