I love the game Acquire. This is a borderline unusable version of that game. You can't see how many shares your opponents have, making it very hard to know what to merge and when. There are nonsense options on the start screen that have nothing to do with the game. This is the worst $2.99 I've spent in a while. Sorry, whoever developed this app! Better luck next time.

You can open the app and play ONE game. Mid way through the second game it locks up and you have to close the app. Open it again, and you can play one game again before it locks up again. This would be annoying but acceptable if the game was free. It's not acceptable when I paid for it. Fix it or refund my payment.

I was so excited to see that, finally, someone had made Acquire. This game functions, and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, in its current state it's no fun. It is nearly impossible to follow. Even though there is a running list, you never really know what your computer opponents are doing. It is to fast so that you end up reading through a manuscript in order to understand, yet it doesn't tell you who bought what, so you are in the dark regarding a key element of the game. You also never know whether you took first or second when a company merges. This app has a ton of potential, and I hope they update it and make changes. However, until then, it is not worth the money.

Didn't realize that a game creator could take a board game as simple yet fun as Acquire and drop off in quality to such an extent. But the funniest part is that I wanted this game so bad I actually paid the three dollars before seeing the reviews. Now the joke is on me.
