I’ve been using this app for a few years now. My VET has remained safe, and I’ve even been able to use some dApps through it. I have had nothing but great experiences with it and I have 0 complaints.

I recently had a node disappear on my wallet. I am still waiting for them to respond to my requests for help. I pray they return my emails in a timely manner.

I hope customer service aka support gets back to Vechain fans and token owners here on the App Store. We have put our VET into new wallets, only to find out that we cannot even swap it for vthor fuel to do anything in app. So then we purchased vthor on an exchange and sent it to wallet to have gas to do something within wallet- like the most basic of things, swapping one coin for another that wallet supports. There doesn’t appear to be any way to swap our VET for any of the other supported coins in wallet. Please advise ASAP ASAP. The other coins are showing right there in the wallet. If swapping one token for another here is not possible, I would call it the worst wallet I’ve ever seen! Thanks for any help that will change to five star review, and make for a more happy Vechain community.

The app has a bug. Wallet unusable! The fields are greyed out, so it’s impossible to type in WALLET NAME, LOGIN, and PASSSWORD. Please fix.

Having the same problem as another user, cannot create a new wallet. After selecting create a new wallet, won’t let you type in any text for name, password and etc...

I would love to use this but after getting set up with my PIN and Touch ID, I can’t create a wallet. None of the text fields work so that I’m able to type anything.

I click to open a new wallet... everything is gray and won’t let me click to enter information. No explanation, and nowhere to ask for help. Also no instructions on how to solve problems
