Problems transferring calls

Just uploaded the app and seems simple to use. Having problems doing a soft transfer - the button doesn’t work.
Incoming calls unavailable

After recent update I see this error message: incoming calls unavailable. It seems that Veracity networks have a routing problem as I've used another soft phone without issue.

This app is getting better and better! Call Quality is crystal clear and the additional features are very helpful. I can control and modify my business phone extension directly from the app and don’t have to ask IT to modify my settings on my direct line. Calls transfer seemlessly to my cell phone app or my desk phone, and my Presence is shown to all my coworkers! Great app Veracity Networks!
