This app said there are at least 200 bikes parked at White Rock Lake in Dallas, but there were none. I would give this app 0 stars if I could.

I went to a very popular lake to enjoy a nice bike ride. Signed up, added money to my account, as I looked at the map showing bike locations they were EVERYWHERE. I counted about 20 around my current location alone on the app. After getting out of my car and walking around, there were literally none. The map kept saying there were tons all around me, could not find even one. There were no bikes in sight for miles. I drove around for almost 30 minutes trying to just find one bike because the map said they were all over the place. My whole screen was yellow from all the bike locations popping up. Totally inaccurate and a waste of my time. Finally gave up after driving around for so long. The app is seriously messed up and now I will be emailing and asking for my money back. Terrible app.

The bike I was trying to use didn’t work, I asked for a refund twice, Someone was supposed to call me and they never did. As of today, bike still running...

The bike seat is too tall for me and there’s no way to adjust it to make it lower.

Twice now my bikes don’t pedal, like at all.... they don’t move. I don’t understand why they have bikes out that don’t work, other companies let me at the end of the trip tell them whether or not a bike needs maintenance but not vbikes.

Cost is high with a junk bike. Bikes are not adjustable in terms of seat’s height and gear. Zero suspension for other than paved terrain.

App crashes and won’t not connect to the bikes... any of them. CSR was unable to refund money so had to leave a messages for someone to call back who could. No response yet. Thieves!!!
The DH Review
Heavy, unwieldy, single speed bikes with very limited height adjustment. Needed the seat 3-4 inches higher (I’m 6’). Still need to add money to your account even if you have a referral credit for free riding.
