App doesn’t work and my internet is lagging more than ever. Constant signal drop and disconnects. The download and uploads speed look good, but something isn’t right.
App constantly does not connect. Says my phone isn’t linked to the modem, even thoe my WiFi is on & my phone is connected to the WiFi. When the app does work, it says I have great internet speeds, but my devices are in a constant lag & I often have to disconnect/restart my modem to get the pings down to normal. Something needs to be done for them to live up to there moto: “Best internet around”.
When I open the app I can’t use it. It won’t go past the picture of the kids. Deleted and downloaded again and nothing works.
The app says it cannot connect to the modem even though I am connected to the WiFi.
