I had taken the chemistry test two times and did not pass the test. I knew that I needed help and I needed a good tutor. When I first signed up for tutoring I received a tutor and I was looking for something a little different. So I reached out to varsity tutors advisors and they were helpful and assigned me to a new tutor. We worked so hard tougher. She motivated me, she helped me see problems that I couldn’t see myself when doing practice problems, and together I got a very good foundation for chemistry. She explained new concepts very well so I could take very good notes then apply those concepts. This foundation help me pass my chemistry test and I’m official chemistry teacher. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I thank this service without them I may not have passed but I did and forever am grateful.

Outstanding operations and wonderful system design

I’ve been involved with several tutoring organizations for 59+ years, I’ve never enjoyed the system design as much as V.T’s. It is very well-thought out from top to bottom. I cannot find a thing wrong with. Tutors are good, but V.T. Needed to provide them with some pedagogical training. I love it. Dr Mike Currier

Efficient and Fast

I have been using Varsity Tutors for my kids for almost 2 years and I am very pleased with the quality of their tutors, their flexibility and quick response. You can find tutors in all kind of subjects. My son needed help in AutoCad and Varsity Tutors was able to place him very quick with a tutor and he got the help he needed to succeed. For more common subjects as math and english you can find help right away, it is a relief to get help so fast!

There are not enough positive words in the English language that I can use to accurately describe how amazing this program has been for my son. He is a very good student earning a 4.0 GPA on average in all of his high school courses. Spanish has been exceptionally difficult as he is currently taking it at the community college. The on-demand tutors are great and his one on one tutor, Deborah, is exceptional!!!!! The app is easy to navigate & feedback is instantaneous. Expensive but worth every penny! What a Life Saver!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waste of time Scam!

I purchased access to a varsity tutor in preparation for my upcoming MCAT. I messaged a tutor that I felt I built rapport with that I would need to reschedule the time we meet. She did not respond for 1 week. I reached out to costumer service, and they stated that I would need to wait 72 hours to be matched with a new tutor. Absolutely ridiculously! My tutor was well aware that I had a quickly approaching test date, but completely ignored me when I asked to change our meeting time. Moreover, this service did not provide me with any support. Biggest mistake I’ve made through this entire process was subscribing to Varsity Tutors!

I am a certified teacher who has had a nonprofit organization for 28 years and have desired to engage in a mobile academic program for the past 8 years. I decided to sign up with Varsity Tutors and in just two weeks, I have had a dozen students assigned to me to provide educational support services, and I now believe that my vision has finally come to pass through another platform. Thank you Varsity Tutors for allowing me the opportunity to become an independent contractor and fulfill the desires of my heart to serve children in need during the time of a pandemic.

My son was having issues with college chemistry and they matched him with Luis Bello. My son said he was amazing and feels so much better about the semester. We will definitely be hanging on to Luis for the duration of my sons college career?. Very impressed with the service, couldn’t be happier.
