PDFs cause crashes!

I’ve noticed for the past few months (even before the most recent update) that anytime I’d try to open certain PDFs (they’re usually one or two page documents such as templates or tables of contents), the app crashes. I’ve done everything from restarting the app, my phone, deleting/reinstalling both the PDFs and the app... everything! Sadly, this problem still persists. The weirdest part of it all is that these PDFs work just fine the first time I download & open them and whenever I view them on Safari (the latter of which defeats the purpose of the app). It goes without saying that I, like many other magicians, use this app primarily whenever I’m traveling and don’t have access to a computer. Having everything working on this app would be paramount.

Ok but doesn't download

I am a customer of Vanishing so this app would have been useful for me but it doesn't download my items I have in my library or even the free ebooks.

I loved this app. Making an easy way to buy and access your magic downloads is great. Unfortunately this last update totally broke it. There is no way to find, preview, or buy new releases. Their in app buttons now block everything.

This app was really great but I have not been able to access the store front since the last update. The menu buttons cover the screen making it impossible to navigate products. Hope a fix comes soon.

All and all the app does what it's suppose to do. However I'd totally give it a 5 star if you have the ability to multi-task and download videos in the background.
Good catalog - bad learning tool

The app is great sales tool for Vanishing Inc and for the customer to review the offerings in the download catalog. You can preview and supposedly buy - this never worked for me. I purchased through the website. One of the incentives for the app was the Jon Allen book. But they never included bookmarking so every time you open it, you start on page one. The "bait and switch" with the Allen book is a whole different story. They said it was only available as a download for $40 then a short time later reprinted it. Purchasers of the e-book are stuck with a poor to mediocre app. The app is slow and clunky. It seems to stop and its a challenge to determine what it's doing. Not what one would expect from Josh and Andi - especially since Andi worked in the computer industry. I would delete but I would lose any access to the Allen book.
