What happened?

Took a break from practicing (life got hectic) but continued to update app without using it. Came back today to see the app won’t even load properly! It keeps saying “failed to load session” on main screen and that’s it! The lessons won’t even load. I also hoped that new songs would be added to the app by now when connected to Apple Music but no. Still the same choices that if you’ve used this app long enough, you’ve been through all the songs. Please help with these issues on next update. I will also pass this along to support.

App won’t load at all!

The app says it’s going to charge me $39.99 in 7 days but it won’t even load. Every time I try to load my session it says there’s an error. Dude.. I loved this app and used it all the time before. What are you guys doing? You’re ruining the experience and completely shattered my trust in this brand. Someone from this company needs to reach out to me and fast before I cancel the one payment I decided to give them. I’m not going to pay for an app that won’t even load.

Its okay. My biggest oroblem is that i keep pressing to connect my spotify only for it to not connect and when it does and i try to pick a song, it won’t let me pick it.

So I'm really working hard to become a singer. The only way I could practice was to sing my songs, which didn't work too well. Only a little. Then, my mom got me some singing apps. Now I can practice so well! It's only my second day and I'm already getting so much better! Thanks so much too the creator(s) of this app! No glitches or bugs or anything so far. ?

Such a fun app! I previously couldn’t hold a note to save my life, but the visual cues and colors help a lot. I’ve been using it for 3 months now and have definitely noticed improvement in my singing skills. The amount of time it takes to complete the daily practice exercises is so small, that it is completely reasonable and not intimidating. As someone who likes to practice with actual songs, I love the idea of the “songs” tab... but get frustrated using it since It really isn’t any different than just opening up my Spotify app and singing along. As a suggestion, I think it would be so much more helpful if the song section were designed to be consistent with the premise of learning in mind. Visual cues, lyrics, or even just letting the user know which technique is being used are reasons why I’d keep this on my phone.

Headset keeps saying “Call Ended” before Exercises

I love the app except it keeps freezing and saying Call Ended (my LG HBS 910’s way of saying the audio codec changed or terminated listening). It may not be fixable by Vanido... but it’s testing my patience and I will probably cancel before my trial ends because of it...

Overpriced and under featured

Subscription not worth the price. Exercises are good, but could use more variety and a way to track progress and push limits. Also missing any kind of guidance. Which notes am I struggling with? How much time did I practice today? Is that too much? How should I be breathing? Suggestions for holding too much tension, etc. Song playback doesn’t give any feedback, but a convenient way to overlay your voice on a song - and requires an additional subscription to an external music service. That should have been covered by the subscription price.

I had a great time with this app, but now it is not picking up my voice. My microphone is on. My headphones are in. Yet, I cannot here the notes, not can it hear me. Great app once it’s fixed.
