VanConnect is a simple one-stop solution for connecting with Vancouver City Hall, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using this official City of Vancouver smartphone app, you can request a service - repair a pothole or cracked sidewalk, for instance - by submitting a short description of the issue and uploading a picture. The app automatically "knows" where the issue is located, sends a report to the right department, and lets you know the instant your request is resolved. You can also receive important updates from City of Vancouver staff directly to the app, so you are always updated about emergencies and important events happening in your community.
