iPad 8th Gen, the sound is distorted and cracking, impossible to play

Why is it possible to download on an iPhone SE 2020 when all it does it show a black screen? First off, I want a refund. I bought the 3.99 version thinking that it would let me play, but it didn’t. Second off, why am I able to download it when it doesn’t work for this type of phone? This is bull! I’m mad! Pls either make it so it’s playable on an iPhone se 2020 or give me a refund. Or I will have no choice but to sue. Also, if you don’t reply to this soon I will get really mad. So you better reply or I will sue!
