Deceiving. I want a refund!

It’s a free app but tricks you into making an in-app purchase. Tried to use the “save to photos” option and accidentally purchased something because I had my finger placed on the home button which authorized the purchase. Can’t find anyway to contact the app developer other than writing this.
Have to buy the card itself.

You have to buy the card itself for 99 cents. Meh I'd rather make one using a free app or hand make one.
