Poor customer service

Unfortunately the customer service has gone downhill tremendously in this game. Technical issues were never resolved and they basically said deal with it. Normally I wouldn’t of cared but I spent enough money to buy a console on the game and thought they would care to help. My advice, buy the console or play the game free and don’t care about ranking. Tempting to give it two stars because because you can never spend a dime.

Needs better MMR and a easier way to remove toxic players ,like a ban to never play with them and never get them in match making

I’ve played this game for a long time I won’t complain too much but I keep getting the same garbage from chest drops it’s very annoying make it more interest besides the same crap over and over again and yea I’ve spent money on this game and I feel like u guys will just look at my review and say u will do something about but in fact not do anything anyways still love the game but u as developers need to step ur game up

Color me impressed. I’m not a mobile gamer, but was bored one day and browsing the app store. Vainglory happened to be advertised to I decided to give it a try. The game is so much fun. It is addictive and has a level of polish that one would expect from say, a Blizzard game. Bravo.

As it says in the subheading, this game is great! It is really amazing, and one of the only multiplayer games on a mobile device that I have found that you can play. I have been able to play with my friends as well, and it is really fun to cooperate with them.
Griefing and trolling fiesta

I used to play this game a lot before and when I went back to it I remembered why I quit it in the first place. First you are always forced to play support I mean “captain” in this game and that position has no impact in the game state because you basically a glorified babysitter. Most players don’t like to play it and you pretty much have to accept that you are leaving other players to actual do what they’re suppose to as carries and junglers but they barely do and those people once losing start trolling even though they’re over 50 CS behind by the 15 min mark because they can’t last hit but insist on being a carry. Junglers don’t gank and often over extend. So maybe it will be better when I’m in those positions, nope because no one wants to play support and most of the player base don’t know how to support even less than carry and jungle in that they don’t know how to provide vision. And the interface is terrible as a support you have so many activatables that it becomes so small by the late game it is impossible to press it right during team fights. I want to say it’s just the community that can be bad but it’s also the system itself that is truly flawed when it allows bad behavior to persist, provides no opportunities to try different positions to players who want to be team players, has terrible match making, turns fun modes like blitz into pay to win, and includes global taunts that really has no place in an already toxic environment. Maybe it will get better once 5v5 comes out but I doubt it because it’s still the same community and system that supports toxic players and even worse matchmaking and forces you play their pay to win game modes in order to finish quests.

Where all the MOBA trolls play

I’ve been playing this game almost since its beginnings, after many complaints to their CS team I gave up and move to Mobile Legends, much happier experience for sure. Lately it is simply impossible to play a fun game because of all the feeders and trolls that will either afk within the time limit or simply feed without a leash. It is obvious that Evil Megacrap has been more interested in having anyone play than do something about matchmaking and banning toxic users. I’m having a lot of fun with the Bang Bang one, 5v5 allows for a balanced gameplay and hope to never ever play this frustrating and maddening experience.
Remove talents or balance them.

It’s impossible to even contend in some games, because some heroes have too strong talents. A lot of heroes have super small upgrades, when other heroes have talents that multiply their power tremendously.
