Unable to save progress

As pointed out by other reviews, I also have problems having the game save progress after closing the app.
Game crashes, needs update

Great game, but I can't even play anymore. First it would not save so that if I closed I had to start over. Now it won't even load. Just closes within a couple seconds of opening. Please fix whatever's wrong, or kindly refund.
App won't even open

I purchased the app today & it won't even open up. Kinda upset since I love playing the hotel mogul games. I bought the other two as well & they work fine, just this one won't even open! Can someone help me out? I've uninstalled & reinstalled and it still doesn't work.
