This game stinks

I've had this game installed on my iPad for a while and enjoyed playing it. I deleted it by mistake and when I went to reinstall it I found I had to pay $1.99 for the game. I decided it was worth it to buy it again and since then, everytime I open it I have to restart the game from the beginning including the tutorial. For the time being I've deleted as well as a game by Alawar called Ski Resort resort because I'm having the same problem. I bought it for a $1.99 also.
Doesn't save progress or player info

Used to be a good game, but doesn't save player info and resets game every time. Do not buy till they fix it.
Made me buy it again and now freezes and have to restart each time!

I used to really enjoy this game, but recently it started freezing after about the 7th board and would make you have to restart the entire game each time you open it. I tried removing it from my iPad and reloading it, but it made me have to buy it again. It also doesn't save my player information and you have to enter it each time you open the game. It looks like I'm not the only one with this issue. Alawar, when are you going to fix this?

I've tried playing the game a few times. Make it about 6 levels and then it crashes. No progress is saved.

I enjoy this game a lot but every time I have to leave it, when I open the app to play again all my progress has been lost so I have to start over! This is not acceptable especially since I have created an account and it's a game I have paid for!

I didn't research until after i purchased. Many people have the same issue, that you cannot save the game and must start from the beginning each time, including the tutorial. As if that weren't bad enough, the game freezes after level seven and you have to restart, losing all your progress. People have been complaining about this for about a year or more and there has been no bug fix, which is shameful, and makes me think twice about other Alawar products.
