I purchased coins many time and they worked fine but now I just bought 11,000 coins and it’s say I have -9999... coins so I bought 11,000 more and it still doing the same thing I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and this needs to be fixed

I’ve sent several emails after purchasing coins that I never received and no one has bothered to help out, don’t waste your time, money or energy on this app it’s a waste
