Best puzzle game on the App Store
Contemporarium

So I just wrote a review but accidentally erased all of it so this time I'm just gonna summarize as the last one was pretty long. I've had iPhones for about 5 years now and in that time have only left ~2 reviews not including this one, as I don't really see the point. However, this game blew me away so I feel I owe it to the creators. I got this game a while ago when it was featured on AppGratis but promptly forgot about it due to my game folder having so many pages. I was cleaning them out earlier today and was about to delete it since I haven't played it since I got it and figured it wasn't worth the space it took up, but decided to at least try it out before doing so..and I'm so glad I did. I had no expectations going in and actually forgot what kind of game it was. The first thing I really liked was the interface. It's extremely aesthetically pleasing, using just the right amount of color. The backgrounds add to the atmosphere, and I was pretty blown away how much effort the dev(s) put into it. The next thing I really enjoyed was the background music. I don't have a single game on my phone that I didn't end up muting the music. It's usually overwhelming and annoying. However, like the colors and detail of the graphics in this game, it added to the awesome atmosphere. And last but definitely not least, the difficulty is COMPLETELY perfect. I've never had a puzzle game on my phone longer than a day because all of the ones I've played thus far were super easy in the beginning but went to super hard over the course of one level..and while I'm pretty intelligent, I play games on my phone to relax or pass the time; not to get so frustrated I want to chuck my phone at the wall. I can't say the entire game is this way as I've only played about a third of the levels..but so far it's challenging enough to where you have to think and problem solve, but it's fun doing so. This ended up just as long as my last review so scratch what I said about it being summarized lol..but I just can't get over how unique and fun this game is. It's a pick up and play styled game where if you only have a few minutes you can play it and put it down without worrying that all the progress you made will be erased like most games, and at the same time a game that you can play for an hour or more if you're just wanting to relax after a long day. So if the developer(s) read this, I just want to thank you for making such a fun and unique concept for a puzzle game. Unlike a lot of puzzle games that say their interface is simple on purpose to be "easy on the eyes" or something when they're just lazy, you can tell you guys put a lot of work into it. And for anyone considering buying the game- do it. You won't regret it!
