Bug preventing ticket sales. The seat section feature where you could select sections on the arena map to filter the results was very useful and is now going. Fix soon please.

Newest update ruined an amazing app

Tom_

I have to believe that the previous iteration of this app was the best in the Association; it had everything you could need. This new app strips away all the advanced stats—game flow & shot chart being the most notable victims—and displays the stats in a more unappealing way. This new version is terrible. I have to drill down into the box score. The old app used to default (I believe) to the box score once you clicked on the game. Which is correct. As a mobile user, what other information could I need other than a box score? It should be focused prominently, not minimized at the bottom of “team leaders.” Also, the Twitter integration is gone. Listening to a lot of games through the app, the Twitter stream added a value. Locke makes a sensational call, I refresh the Twitter to see a highlight. Now that’s gone. Also, they’ve stripped the “stats” section of so much rich information. I used to be able to click on a player and see his career averages for regular season & playoffs displayed in a Jazz themed bar graph. Now, I get the season average, that’s it. If I had given this review last year I would’ve given it 5-stars without hesitation. As I said, I have to believe it was one of the best in the League. It was so powerful and contained so much information. This new version is pathetic. You’ve taken a Mustang and made it a Jetta. They both get you from A to B, but I’d rather take the Mustang. Update: 2/5 Well this app has truly gone from from superior to forgettable (or maybe infamous). The score is a QUARTER AND HALF BEHIND audio! How in the world this was released to market is absurd and embarrassing. Seriously, behind the structure and OS of this app are men and women, some of whom wearing suits and getting paid good money. How this gets released to the market is beyond explanation. I’m truly sad that I’ll have to download the NBA app. It was the Jazz app that actually made me delete the NBA app originally. The Jazz are a top notch organization, this app is a stain that deserves to be removed from the App Store. Sad day for Jazz online listeners. Update: 5/2 So the audio is fine, but the box score doesn’t update unless I close the app and reopen it. Still sad I have to write these terrible reviews. Fix this.

Won’t let me log in .. not responsive.. doesn’t show the right amount of tickets

Pretty Good

Good update!

I can’t figure how to “Listen Live” as advertised. Other than that, it seems like it has real potential. Edit: worked with the devs and it works great now!

App crashes consistently

DongBLAST

Can't listen to stream more than a few minutes before app crashes. Very similar to the way the jazz play basketball actually.

Needs some help. But good.

Dukeboy4444

Overall it's nice and runs okay.. But if you listen to the live radio feed it shuts off every 5 minutes or less. Please fix.

Almost there

The complaints about the radio broadcast not playing if the screen turns off are accurate and fair. I work nights and consume my Jazz games via this app, and while I love the app, the requirement to have the screen on drains my battery and makes it nearly impossible to listen to the broadcast. Also to the complaints that the broadcast is unavailable to people who have moved out of Utah, this isn't a problem with the app. The radio broadcast is only available in the radio market of the Utah Jazz, as dictated by NBA broadcasting regulations. Those people outside that market will need to purchase the NBA audio league pass(very affordable. I think it's 10-20 dollars per season). I love the app, and if the screen timeout issue is resolved my rating will become a 5 star.

Really?

DR13M

This app is truly awful if you're trying to listen to the game. It takes multiple attempts just to start playing the audio of the broadcast, and once the audio gets going it only plays for 2 minutes at the most. I dealt with this problem for a few games last year, but I definitely won't deal with it again. Needs to be fixed.

It decent but sometimes it's slow

You'd think as a professional organization they would be able to get their app to work. Every video that I try to play shows the subtitle screen and that's it. The scrolling is slow as well. I know it's not my phone because the nba app and bleacher report work just fine. Gordon left and now I have to deal with this!? Ugh!
