Wacky!!!!

It doesn't keep up very well with tracking. I've had a item delivered over a week ago, and the app circle arrow still shoes it in-transit. Why can't anything go right???? Just maybe it's the post offices also not putting it in or something. Who knows!

This app is completely useless. If I try to delete q package that was already delivered, it freezes the app up for over a minute. And that's when I use my home high speed wifi.

I don't know how many of you are trying to locate a zip code, but since the latest update, I can't get a zip code. It keeps telling me that there are multiple addresses meeting the criteria. I go to a desktop computer, enter the same address and get the correct zip code. Also, what does permitting use of location services have to do with finding a zip code? This latest fix is not a fix, but a break.

I schedule pick-ups everyday and you have to keep entering your name, address, phone, email every single time you use this. Easier to just get on computer and do it. It should connect to USPS site like before. Waste of time.

Basically pointless since my usps sends you out of the app to your browser. Isn't any more efficient than just using the mobile site.

App was able to find my parcel after I input the tracking number but the info it showed was not up to date. I will stick to the Internet site which works.

So I'm online filling out a change of address on usps.com. I'm a couple pages into when I think " I bet they have an app". So I stop what I'm doing and go to the App Store. I then proceed to search USPS. Glances at the pictures seen the " Change of address button" it's round very last option. So I downloaded it, opened it, then clinked on the round button. To my surprise it took me right back to Safari to the form I was originally filling out. My question: Why have the round button on the app labeled "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" if you CAN NOT change your address on the app? That's all...........
Almost still wonderful

Used this app for years, especially the track and hold mail, and it had been wonderful. The current update seems to drop a hold mail request from memory even an hour after requesting and getting the autoconfirmaton. That doesn't reassure me it is in effect.
