too many typos and mistakes

i just went through the first 20 cards and have already come across several typos, some of which prevent me from knowing the right answer (like _2 receptor - is it ß or alpha?!) and a significant incorrect fact: treatment for a-fib is NOT aspirin!!!! it should say warfarin, but it does not. i don't even want to go through the rest because who knows what kinds of things will be wrong and i won't even know it! Please fix all the mistakes so we can take these seriously and use to review. as it stands it might be more counterproductive to use these cards...
