This app so far has taken 3 days to try and back up phone and there is not much on the phone to back up. Not worth all this!!!!
This app will not let me have very important calls that I need to answer. Not happy at all deleted off the phone but it still continues to do the same thing. I need to know how to permanently delete it ?
While backing up and restoring the app gets so far at doing one or the other and then errors out. Eventually you manage to get the stuff backed up but to restore any great amount of data, like a music collection, is almost useless. I have over 1000 songs on my iPad. It gets to 90 and then errors out and when you start it it starts back from scratch instead of starting where it crashed. So it’s very difficult to get my songs restored. If the developers of this product are reading these comments please fix your issues so you’re back up restore works without erring out!
I’ve tried to backup several times and each time it estimates 18 hours to back up but eventually just shuts down. I’m frustrated and wouldn’t recommend.
Keeps my iPhone backed up and free from issues and only takes about 2 minutes a day to do that!
I all of a sudden cannot back up my data no matter what I do it says I’m not connected to WiFi. And I ad I am connected WiFi and actively using it. Please fix this issue.
It won’t let me back up cause it says I have no WiFi which is false. I haven’t been able to back up in several months. Would like if they would fix this.
I feel more in control because of gentle reminders to backup my equipment. I know I’d forget otherwise!
The app is fine and I'm glad I have a way to back up my device, however, it's very annoying to get the "Uh-oh! U.S. Cellular® Protect powered by Pocket Geek® found an issue with your device" email after I have already backed up my device. I get a weekly notification to back up, and when I get it, I immediately go in and do the back up, and then as soon as I'm done, I get the email. Also, as soon as I close the app, I get the weekly notification again.
