Whoever designed this had good intentions but there is one major problem. You can not "delete" any medication. If my medication changes, there is no way to delete the old medication to put the new one in. This will cause a major mess and is not worth using the application.
No delete?!

What a waste. I added medications.. Made a mistake and couldn't delete the erroneous medication?! What happens when your meds are changed? TERRIBLE oversight in design, INEXCUSABLE!
Platform listing is wrong

It lists for being only for an iPhone. However, I have downloaded it on my iPad Air 2 and it works OK.
