I have been watching Mr. Robot and any time I use the app, especially on chromecast, around commercials it will skip ahead about 1-5 min of the video before the ad, play the ad, go back to the point that made sense and then play until right before an ad :|| (repeat). This is super frustrating, especially in an incredibly plot-driven psychological drama. This is a huge problem and I feel like it was either a ploy to get me to rewatch the thing or I just some seriously crappy programming. I honestly don’t even know how you could possibly make such a glitch happen. Maybe that’s the true feat here. Anyway, I just want to be able to watch my cyborg show the way the director intended. Not skipping in and out of scenes randomly like I’m insane. :/

Regular episodes seem to load fine on Chromecast, but absolutely nothing loads for Live TV, even with location services enabled.

Basically unusable for live TV. Can not get live TV to play via Chromecast for more than 3 seconds at a time. It’s definitely not my network, connection, etc. Every other app i use (such as FXNOW, YouTube, lifetime) works perfectly fine except for this one. I’d expect better from a large network like USA. No problems with OnDemand. ——— EDIT: There’s nothing to “troubleshoot” except you guys fixing your app. This app is the ONLY app that gives me trouble with Chromecast. When I’m using OnDemand, everything is pretty much working fine with the CC. And when I’m NOT Chromecasting, i can get Live TV working just fine. But when I’m in life tv and start up Chromecast, the screen will go red with the USA network logo as if it’s loading. But then an error message with blink on my screen for less than a second, and the screen then goes blank. I’ll repeat the process and occasionally it will play for 3-5 seconds before crapping out. Just to reiterate: i use many apps with Chromecast and this is the only one with trouble. My internet speeds are fantastic, and my WiFi network is pretty robust with the Nighthawk router. I’ve tried a factory reset on the CC, and reinstalling the app to no avail.

During playback skips forward, back, repeats scenes. It’s terrible. Especially since you pay for the experience.

This app stinks. Buffers every 10 seconds. No problem when ads come on. Quality is blurry whenever there aren't ads on and sometimes the audio is ahead of the visual. Takes an extra 30 minutes just to get through one episode. Easily the worst streaming app I have ever used

I can't complain too much, because the app is free when you enter your TV subscriber information. But it is not user friendly at all. And it has a very small selection. The app has a section to save the shows/movies you've started to watch, but nothing ever saves there. There is no organized way to browse for movies..not even a 'movie category.' So if you know exactly what you want to watch, this app isn't bad. Otherwise, you might as well pull up a list of tv shows and movies, and get ready to 'search' every title until you find something you like. I think I've used this app maybe twice..
