Great content, app still has issues

Content is better than anything out there. Great resource for coaches of all age groups. App performance is poor, and login issues are still present. Honestly the website has some issues of its own as well. Support for both is marginal at best. As much as I love the content I'm not sure i have the patience for trying to deal with the issues anymore.
Great App but room for improvement
Waste'n time
This is a great app for coaches and players. I love all the features... from the large drill library to the practice plans to the videos to the pitch count log. However, this app would be so much better if there were additional features that let you share practice plans with your assistant coaches and players and send drills to players, or create individual improvement plans for players with drills for them to work on independently.
Excellent app but can’t log in anymore

I used this app all year last year. Started using it this past week and it was working until I did the update. Now nothing and this is after I told coaches in other leagues about it. Very useful when working.
New versions ruin it

Every time the app is updated my log in is cancelled and you have to try and reset your password. However, the reset doesn’t work. I now have to somehow remember how I contacted them the last time in which they still could not get me in and will have to wait for the next time they update their app to hopefully fix it. Also when you select app support on the App Store it just takes you to the USA baseball site with no link to contact them.

As a coach trying to help my players get better, this provides an amazing resource for coaches to reference and get new ideas. It also is geared toward keeping kids safe and healthy. Worth more than free for sure!!!

Nothing would load in the app as far as information goes. I went as far as to uninstall and reinstall the app, however, it still didn't work. I thought perhaps I had to sign up on their website, I did that, however that didn't work either.
