Great app but there is some problems

In all I love that I can get on the app and see how long until the next game is and that I get a look at the starting lineup. But I signed up to be an insider and there is something called caps that tracks how many games you have gone to. Anyway so I went to a USWNT victory tour game in Chicago and I was excited to see I had my first cap. But when I got home a looked I said I still had 0 caps. I was pretty disappointed with that

Needs an alerts option

Us soccer app is good for stats and to watch games on the go. I can get all of the thing I need to know about players and games and even teams but the app is very slow I feel like I have to touch it a millon times for it to work ?

User Friendly but still needs work

The app looks nice but the sound does not play for any of the videos on the app when I play them even though the video itself is playing.

No audio!

I love this app for updates and alerts but I’ve had issues regarding video with no audio for every video on the site and I have nowhere to report technical issues! Every “support” button redirects me to contacting them about media relations or anti doping- I’m just a fan who’s app isn’t letting me listen to interviews. It’s really frustrating. I’ve had to find fan reposts of content.

Great app needs patches

The app is a great way to keep up with both the men and women’s team. You can check the roster easily and stats but there is on problem I have come across during a match. I try to click a feature to see a map out of the match so far such as where shots were taken and made, and it kicks me out of the app and when I try it again does the same thing. Fix that and the app is fantastic.
