US Bank's mobile apps are so glaringly awful that they've caused me to question the franchise's credibility altogether and actually consider changing banks. After all, if a bank is going to allow this degree of malfunction in something as ubiquitous as a mobile app, is it not a telltale sign of blatant carelessness and thus unprofessionalism? Unacceptable.

This app is totally useless. It requires organization to log in to your account. Personal checking accounts do not have organization name and therefore log in is impossible

Would have used this

Set up my online account via a web browser. Logged in fine. Downloaded this app and tried to log in using online information. It's asking for an organization name. Don't have one and was never asked about it during online account creation. Deleted this app since cant use same info as online account. Their other app is just as bad. This is way below being useful and they need to fix their app login process.

What organization?! What is a passcode?! I am supposed to use this, can't log in and the old app, which did work, no longer does! I need to pay my credit card bill today and I'm faced with this garbage. Does anyone know a good card bank with an IT department that knows what it's doing?

Please note this must be for a business as it ask for organization , yet their is no register to do so . Go back and use the USB lite blue app for gen customers. This may help. It works for me even thru all the updates - on iPhone six good luck as I know how frustrating it can be. U have used the wrong app so go back to App Store and pick the other app and your online quickly! Have a great day.

The app won't let you login unless you belong to an "organization". Seriously? And there's no where to register for that either. App deleted!!!

Horrible I will be closing my accounts with us bank. It's always been the worst online bank of all my accounts never thought thought there was anyway it could get worse.

At one time us bank had a fairly user friendly app. Now it would just be easier to pay bills the old fashioned way- write a check and lick a stamp.

This is a CORPORATE app. Not for personal checking/savings. Great app for managing T&E card while traveling on company business.

I was told by the people at US Bank it was a little difficult to use and they were working out the kinks but I can't even get the thing set up it keeps taking me to the regular webpage to sign and it will not let me sign in that's pretty bad when you can't download an app and sign in so can't tell you if it works the only other thing I have noticed is I don't know why all these things are in portrait mode why can't we have the option of doing them in landscape mode
