This app gives you full control of all the features and full functionality afforded by a Total Control 2.5 system installation and more from multiple locations! Your main home and your vacation home can all be accessed from within one app.
This version of URC Mobile requires a Wi-Fi connection to the local area network that is host to the Master Base Station / Central Processor and other system devices. Control is possible within the home or from anywhere in the world where internet or cell phone access is available.
PLEASE NOTE: An installed Total Control system is required to enjoy and access the features above. A new app installation or reset of the app requires the iOS device to be on-site with the Total Control Base Station.

Glad to see a native iPad app however the Lutron and Sonos interfaces do not display properly and are unusable.

URC is AWFUL! Lousy customer service and a system that is so clunky and not user friendly. Half the time you can’t even log into system or music app such as Deezer or “ My Music” library because the URC app has so many bugs. Just terrible! Wish I could rate app and company less than 1 star.

This app is the same lousy app as 2.0, which was also just garbage. The app is slow and unresponsive, it seems to have to reboot every time I unlock my phone, graphics are old school. Overall a bad joke.

The application opens, accepts the terms, selects the base, but closes, does not work properly ... and when you open the buttons do not work

We spent HUNDREDS of dollars to incorporate this system into our home. It is the WORSE - it is never updated - highly unstable - horrible. DO NOT buy this app or anything that is connected with this company. Horrible. Frustrating. Waste of time and money.

The app is so 2010. Come on. This is not a cheap system. It’s always clunky connecting. Should have a better interface and better interaction with the other apps. The native app for all the devices is way better and I find myself using them instead or the urc app. It’s good to turn off the system. Go back to drawing boards and give us something better.
