These things are sporadic at best, and the customer service is relentless in nagging about their broken product. They responded to my bad review I increased my review, but they still haven’t fixed their coding and programming. You will have to do a hard reset on them often, but they do the job while they are on and syncing with your iPhone. If you use an iPhone keep your money because these things won’t stay connected more than three days in a row.

Simple and straightforward

Obviously, you need an Upright Go to make this app meaningful. It is incredibly simple to setup and use. It provides immediate clear visual and statistical feedback. It does not overwhelm with information, jargon, or complex interventions. I refer to it multiple times a day and it causes me to keep my posture in mind. It does what it is meant to do!

Device does not buzz consistently when slouching

Why is that? Slouching more than 5 minutes does not trigger a vibration any more and stats don’t show any slouching at all, which I know is not correct.
Easy to use and it works

I’ve always had bad posture. I remember my dad always telling me to stand up straight. Then I started working at a desk which made my posture worse. I ordered Upright Go 2 for Christmas and I’m happy to report that my posture has improved. It’s nice to have a slight vibration to remind me to stand up straight. Highly recommend. Enhancement request: I would like to have a trending graph to see how I’ve improved over time.
