Both plans are charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Once you activate your paid subscription, a monthly service charge is billed through your iTunes account and renews automatically. To cancel service, simply turn off auto-renew in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before your current month service ends.

This app is a scam. They're charging me on a monthly basis and there's no evident way to cancel or a number of a link. I don't even know how they got my permission for monthly charges. I'm with Apple now trying to resolve this nuisance. STAY AWAY

This app gives a real phone number, a picture texting capability, well that just recently. I dont have any problems with it. Yes, it gives you a 100 minutes of talk every month, but you can get credits by watching ads toward minutes. Texting is free, though you cant call outside US to users who dont have the app, nor can you video call. But over all, its the best thing ive seen.

Despite being called '...free wifi calling and texting...' It is not free. You have to pay at least $3 for a phone number and it is unclear as to whether or not this is a recurring or one time fee. Don't bother if you're actually looking for something free.

I think I have just about tried them all, this one is a little less stiff on rules, That's nice ! But, I can't connect to my contacts. And they need to add a few more extras. I will review it again in 2 weeks. And it has been a while 6 months or so and they are the absolute best there is ! By far!!!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I needed to make an international call (hence why I didn't just use my phone service). You are only given 60 seconds free, so I BOUGHT 100 credits. Then, it said I couldn't call that number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

I've been using upptalk for probably two years. I love that I can text anyone from a number that I chose. I love that my talk minutes replenish every month. I love that if I manage my minutes throughout the month I don't have to watch videos to get credits to buy minute. I love that the texting is free so even if I miss manage my minutes I can still stay in contact with my family and friends.
