It’s so annoying when I get through some of the harder journey objectives and this app tells me I didn’t do it. It’s now happened to me twice! It’s takes a long time to be able to get some of these done and to not get credit for it is BEYOND ridiculous! You would also think the one thing u all would have working right is the store but both times I’ve bought chips it’s took 4-5 times of waiting forever for it connect only to tell me it didn’t. It also seems amazing that I can have 5 of the same color card and sure enough when I’m forced to draw I’ll continue pulling that color card up. It happens way to often to me that it seems rigged. There are good things about this game but I’ve never had so many problems out of 1 game. It is fun and addicting but I can see myself getting tired of it faster just because somethings always seeming sus!

Was unable to play without making an in app token purchases to continue playing. Crap play on the developers part and deleted the game from my phone.

Disconnects often/expensive power ups

I’ve been playing this game on and off since it first launched; Club level 5, and spent some real $$$ throughout the years for tokens and coins. There’s a couple of things that disappoint me with this app. 1) It disconnects. Often! Their servers need work and are not reliable. This is not a new issue, this has been a problem since they first launched the app. So, (suspiciously) it almost always disconnects during the transition of moving on to a 3rd round of a tournament. These aren’t flukes either. It happens at least once during the time I’m playing.... and yes, I'm connected to WiFi with a strong signal. It’s definitely not my connection. This is particularly frustrating when you spend the little coins you have on using powerups, just to lose your chance at the next round AND the powerups spent and used to get there are now gone. 2) you can only gain so many tokens and coins a day. The power ups (shield, new hand, ect) cost WAY too much for the amount of coins you can realistically earn without spending real money on the packages. The regenerated tokens to play take too long as well, you’ll only be able to play a few games, or in some cases, only 1 game if you’re playing some of the Limited-Time Tournaments. I seem to have a love/hate relationship with this game. Is it fun? Yes! But the frustrations (and costs!) causes me to go months of refusing to play. I wish the developers would listen to the reviews all these years. Looks like I’ll be looking for a new Uno game soon.
