I love Univion but why pay when Telemundo is free I don’t get it you guy where the best but now

I’m paying to watch too many adds. I’ve been trying to play anything and everything and nothing is working, I get an error message.

But unfortunately it is time consuming when ads are being played and also restarts the novela. Also, when playing ads it gets stuck on the second AD AND THEN IT NO LONGER WORKS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I use to love it when there was no ads and can watch my shows as it’s hard to catch them on tv due to work. PLEASE FIX IT!!! I will change my rating after it is done.

I was using this app, and had no problems until now!!!! The removed Dish just so we have to pay to use it now!!!! As much as I pay dish I should not have to pay more just to use this app with no commercials while watching out shows!!!! That’s just terrible customer service!!!!

It would be better if it’s 4+ and it be more sense to put parental controls and make it 4+ instead of 12+

Why I can’t watch El Gordo y la Flaca on demand??

I subscribed to the app a few days ago. I like it but, one of the main reasons why I got it was to watch El Gordo y la Flaca on demand since sometimes I am not home to watch it. Very disappointed that I can’t watch this show, we don’t have cable so I thought this was a good option. Please add it to your on demand schedule. Thanks

The app doesn’t let me watch the shows, they might play for a few minutes then something pops and says that I can only watch Univision on three devices, when I only have it on my phone and my computer. I checked to make sure there was no other devices connected to my account and my phone is the only one there. This pop out message appears every 5 minutes, it’s getting to my nerves! Now it’s not letting me watch the episodes of a novela I like to watch. I sent an email to them long time ago and never responded back to me.... ?
