This app is terrible. It doesn't automatically update, it takes FOREVER to load. It is useless.

Mountains and valleys.

There are few times when I'm happy with this app. From what I hear, it used to be really good. But know I am constantly struggling to get up to date information. Basically this app is only good for the notifications and viewing your grades. Also, tech. Department; quit telling the people who let you know the app has failed again to remove it and download it again. It doesn't work. In fact, this last time I did it, won't let me select my class and get to my settings, or anything else for that matter. Fix this thing.... Please!!! I've had it for a year now!!!!

This app will be useful if I am able to post messages. Every time I write my message and post it an error occurs and it doesn't go through. it doesn't load as fast as I want it to, I can sit there for quite some time. It's just really annoying.

Not optimized for iPad.

I found the app functional to a degree. It has allowed me to look up my assignments and post quick messages on topics. So yes, it does work. I don't understand why it is not so much better. It is stuck in the iPhone format. It has not been formatted for iPad and is less functional on one. Entering input into any discussion or form is sluggish. I type very fast on my iPad and iPhone for that matter and the application simply does not keep up. It will miss letters. Letters that are pressed because I can see the iPhone graphic of the key press, but just do not make it to the Application because it seems to be just a little behind the timing. An iPad Optimization would allow you to utilize multiple sections of the screen, instead every action consumes the entire screen because it is just an iPhone app. It gets worse for me because I have an iPad Pro. I utilize it to do my school work all the time, but there is no iPad support, much less iPad Pro support. Split screen support would allow me to have my Ebook open and my discussion topics. Or my assignment and Pages. University of Phoenix used to be renowned for being one of the first online colleges and they have continually tried to stay competitive and advance with technology. I find it very disappointing that there is no additional support for their mobile application. Every time the App gets updated, I hope that they have made changes to improve it. It has been years and it has not happened. I look forward to the day when I can fully utilize this app on my iPad Pro. I also expect that day to never come.

The app used to be very decent, now it doesn't work at all. I get notifications to my phone via the app but when I open the app itself, it's showing my old class! Please fix this!

Simply amazing

No update for 5 months!

Are you kidding me? As much money you guys make from students! You can't afford to make a reliable app! Not only that but it's been 2 years since Apple has came out with the bigger iPhones and you can't even update it for 6 plus optimization! This is seriously ridiculous! I'm tired of waiting for you people! Your slow and unreliable!

Useless

What's the point of having an app, if you can't do anything on it? I'd be grateful if I were to at least watch videos or read materials. Only things accessible is the Instructor Announcements, discussions your grades.

iPad version of this app

Works perfectly on my iPad but not optimized for the iPad and I would like it have more capabilities of the eCampus.

I will have to agree worth Angelica. You cannot access class messages or view the instructor's or school's policies. You cannot access the academic or financial advisors' contact information. You cannot download documents from the app or view electronic materials. The option to upload from the phone would be helpful as well. Furthermore, with discussion posts, there is no option to edit the title of the post, which is required by some instructors. It would also help if users are given the option to view all flagged posts to better and quicker accessibility. I do like that you can view substantial posts and draft messages; and have access to grades and the class roster to include learning teams, and the notifications for class activities. However, another suggestion is the ability to view degree progress such as next scheduled classes, current GPA, and how many credits/courses remaining on degree plan. In summation, the application will need more improvement!
